


In partnership with SECOR, we surveyed the RCM's current technology environment. We forecasted trends in digital content delivery, learning, marketing, and social networking. We created a high-level vision to move the RCM to a market-leading position within 1-2 years.
Plan. Starting from a detailed organizational change plan from SECOR, we developed a detailed implementation plan around the first phase of our vision. Components included performance booking, e-commerce, donation strategy, content management, internal collaboration, mobile, legacy system integration, etc.
Our first step was to implement an internal collaboration platform to drive project communication. The first phase of the project is due for release in Q1 of 2011. This phase will contain significant work in content delivery, marketing, and social networking, with digital learning work scheduled for later in the year.
This is a long-term project. Major new initiatives include rebuilding a number of internal systems and creating a highly capable mobile app.
